1986 Chevy Scottsdale ¾ Ton 4x4

This truck has spent its entire life in the dry climate of the High Desert of Central Oregon. It is completely rust free with all of its original sheet metal. It is a nicely optioned truck with cold A/C. I have owned this truck for 20 years and it has always been ready to go whenever I needed it. Originally a diesel, it was converted to gas before I purchased it. It has some features that came on the diesel trucks such as, larger cooling system, hydro boost power brakes and extra sound deadening. The current 350 small block, TH400 transmission and transfer case have roughly 50,000 miles on them. The truck is tight and drives very well. The engine runs with 50 psi. of oil pressure and runs at 170 degrees no matter what. Everything works as it should, lights, horn, A/C, radio, clock etc.

Mechanical:

  • 350 small block, RV cam, Edelbrock intake and carb 

  • Doug Thorley headers, Flowmaster mufflers

  • TH 400 transmission with mild shift kit

  • 4:10 gears

  • New distributor, fuel pump, alternator, complete tune up, fan clutch, A/C compressor, belts, hoses and all new fluids 

  • New brakes front and rear

  • New B.F. Goodrich Radial All Terrain tires

Exterior:

  • All original body panels, tailgate, floors, rockers and cab corners.  No rust ever.

  • Raptor spray in bed liner

  • New moldings and lenses

  • Older base clear re-paint that shows very well, some minor blemishes

  • Very nice original hubcaps

Interior:

  • New dash pad, upholstery and door panels

  • New power window motors and power lock actuators

  • Tilt wheel and delay wipers

  • Aftermarket gauges (more reliable than stock)
